Ranbir Kapoor Is The Most Secure Actor In Bollywood

Ranbir Kapoor is not just the heartthrob and most charismatic actor of Bollywood. This man has a way of putting his side like no one does, he is truly the epitome of confidence and security. In an industry that’s all about drama, image, and limelight, Ranbir seems awfully self-assured about what he’s doing and what he wants. If you’ve been following Ranbir Kapoor for a while now like I did, you’d have noticed that while most of the actors are out there seeking validation, the Barfi actor separates himself from all the drama and chills on his own. Maybe that’s how he saves all the drama just for the movies.

The actor often ends up roasting himself in interviews, he’s all like- “Naah I’m good with being myself”. Where do you get that kind of security? Even after being immensely trolled and judged for years for his love relationships, the actor never showed disgrace with any of the reporters or spoke even a word about the controversies. His ignorance is indeed bliss. After growing up watching him as the chocolate boy to being the father of a child, I still stand by my words- Ranbir Kapoor is the most secure man in Bollywood. This point can be easily exemplified by his recent segment at the International Film Festival Of India (IFFI) 2024 in Goa.

The actor spoke on various matters including his idea of organising a Raj Kapoor Film Festival which will showcase some of the greatest works of legendary Raj Kapoor. Ranbir Kapoor also expressed how he wants to make a biopic on his late grandfather Mr. Raj Kapoor. When asked about Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the Animal actor speaking very highly of Sanjay Leela Bhansali said he’s like a godfather to him and he is really excited to be working with him again after 11 years in “Love and War”.

But one of the highlights for me during the inter was him speaking about his career and life as a privileged kid of Bollywood royalty. “I realized that the opportunities for being an actor came easily. I come from a privileged setting, I had the opportunities, and I didn’t want to take that for granted.” “I want to do my best… The more I worked with a lot of good directors in the film industry, the more I realized what a hard and selfless job direction is,” added Ranbir. When asked about his takes on directing any project in the future, the actor said.
My grandfather directed, acted, produced, wrote, and edited a film called ‘Aag’ at the age of 24. I’m 42 today, and I still don’t have the courage to direct a film. I produced a movie called ‘Jagga Jasoos’, which didn’t work at the box office.”
“But I’m waiting for a story to come because a director should make a movie only if he has a story to tell, not just for the sake of making a movie.” Being aware of your privileges and your strengths is what makes you a confident man which Ranbir Kapoor surely is. Ranbir Kapoor is all bummed up with shooting 3 movies simultaneously which we will get to watch in the coming years.
Comment down on which of the upcoming movies of Ranbir’s you’re most excited to watch- Ramayan, Love and War, Animal Park 2 or Brahmashtra part
