In a strategic move set to shake up the Pro Kabaddi League, the dynamic Pradeep Narwal, a three-time champion, is gearing up to steer the ship for UP Yoddhas in the upcoming season.
A force to be reckoned with, Narwal, a key player in India’s bronze-winning squad at the 2018 Asian Games, boasts the highest raid points in the league. His previous stint as the captain of Patna Pirates resulted in a remarkable three-title haul from seasons three to five, showcasing his prowess on the kabaddi mat.
With a staggering tally of over 1500 raid points, Narwal brings a wealth of experience and a winning mentality to the UP Yoddhas, a team that has, despite its potential, never surpassed the playoffs since its debut in 2017.
The much-anticipated debut clash for UP Yoddhas is scheduled for December 2 in Ahmedabad, where they’ll face off against the formidable U Mumba.
Kabaddi enthusiasts are eagerly awaiting the season kick-off, wondering if Pradeep Narwal can weave his magic once again, this time clad in the colors of UP Yoddhas.
