The Podar International School ICSE girls’ team won the district-level inter-school football tournament with a brilliant performance. Due to this resounding success, the Podar School team has been selected for the Divisional School Football Tournament. The district-level school football tournament was organized by the office of the district sports officer at the Sports Authority of India. Podar International School ICSE girls under 14 team won the tournament.
The Woodrich School team was defeated 2-0, earning their opponents a spot in the regional school football tournament. District Sports Officer Bajirao Desai, Podar Education Trust GM Atul Gharat, and Principal Dr. Y. V. Raghuveer praised the team’s efforts. Administrative Officer Mayur Targhale, along with Sports Department Head Sneha Gaur. Sports Teacher Harshal Mogre, and other faculty members, congratulated and wished the team success in their future matches. All teachers were proud of the team’s performance and their qualification for the regional level.
