Virender Dahiya while talking to the news agency ‘PTI’ said that the North Korean player Pak Sol Gum deliberately hurt Nisha.

Dahiya said, “It was 100 percent intentional, he hurt Nisha intentionally. As we saw, there was a hint from the Korean corner, then he attacked near the wrist joint. He grabbed Nisha’s medal. The way Nisha started, she had a medal around her neck and it has been snatched away, Nisha was excellent in both defense and counter-attack, she defeated the same wrestler in the Asian qualifiers.”

Nisha Dahiya lost in 12 seconds after injury

In three minutes, she had taken an 8-1 lead. The North Korean wrestler then took Nisha off the mat to score and make the score 8-2. Nisha was injured with 33 seconds left in the match. The match was stopped and a band was applied to the arm. However, forming a band did not turn out well for Nisha. The North Korean wrestler took advantage of this opportunity to score four points in 11 seconds to tie the score at 8-8.
