Renowned international archery coach Vrishali Patil Jogdand from Nanded has been selected for advanced archery training under the tutelage of Olympian John Carlos Holgado.
The National Archery Training Camp, organized at the Sports Authority of India Divisional Training Center in Sonepat, Sai, is led by John Carlos Holgado. Holgado, a gold medalist in archery at the Barcelona Olympics and Director of the International University Sports Federation, will provide guidance at the camp conducted by the Sports Authority of India and Archery Association of India under the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Government of India.
Vrishali Patil Jogdand, the esteemed coach from Nanded, and secretary, has earned a spot in this exclusive training camp. The camp is designed for official coaches of the Indian Archery Association, focusing on the development of coaches, particularly in the recurve style played in the Olympics.
