In anticipation of the upcoming state-level ice hockey tournament in Gurgaon, the Nagpur team has been officially announced, comprising a skilled roster set to compete from January 26 to 30.
The selected Nagpur team boasts a lineup of talented players, including Parth Khandale, Aditya Dodse, Nilesh Selvatkar, Soham Raut, and many more.
The team, under the guidance of association secretary Lal Singh Yadav and coaches Kiran Yadav and Utkarsh Nadankar, is geared up to showcase their prowess in the chilly battleground of Gurgaon.
While the enthusiasm for ice hockey is commendable, some skeptics question the feasibility and popularity of the sport in regions with warmer climates, urging a focus on sports more suited to local conditions.
