In the first state-level junior throwball championship, Mumbai Suburban won the title in the boys category. Nashik is in the girl’s category. The 1st State Level Junior Throwball Championship was organized at Shri Sushilkumar Shinde Physical Education College Nehrunagar (Solapur). In association with Maha Throwball Association and Shree Samarth Sports Nursery.
Srinivas Bhau Sanga, President of the Telugu Speaking Association, Feroze Mulani, Marathi Film Producer and Director, Sachin Chavan, Founder of Magas Samaj Seva Mandal, Gajendra Jadgi, Zakir Sheikh, Subhash Madane, Chandrakant Miskin, PSI Jalindar Salvi, General Secretary of Maha Throwball Association Rahul Waghmare were present to the winning teams of this tournament.
Solapur City Throwball Association Secretary Rajendra Mane, Vilas Nirabhavane, Dattagiri Gosavi, and Solapur City Throwball Association President Suhas Chanchure presented the prizes. The winning teams of the competition were honored with trophies by dignitaries. Beed District Secretary Amol Sawant, Ahmednagar District Secretary Baba Gaikwad, Dhule Association Secretary Vishal Pawar, and Kolhapur Association Sandeep Jadhav were present on this occasion.
Atul Hable, Sagar Verma, Nandkishore Giri, Ajit Patil, and Akshay Mane acted as referees in this tournament. Dnyaneshwar Kale, Shabbir Sheikh, Prasanna Katkar, Devidas Shinde, Ravindra Chavan, Nirjala Talwar, and Sonali Mungi Patil worked hard for the successful organization of this competition.
