In a stunning display of prowess, athletes from the Mission Martial Arts and Kung-Fu Sports Karate Association in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar secured an impressive runner-up position in the Indo-Nepal International Wushu Kung-Fu Tournament held in Kathmandu, Nepal. The team, comprising 33 players, showcased undisputed dominance, clinching a total of 56 medals across various categories.
The girls’ category witnessed outstanding performances with Priyanshi Jangid, Prachi Ghorpade, Samiksha Jambhalkar, Shambavi Ranjan, Anushree Ghuge, Tanushree Ghuge, Dhanashree Wagh, Avni Jangle, Ketaki Garge, Ashlesha Ridlon, Savi Bingley, and Manasvi Gawande securing numerous gold and bronze medals.
Boys category proved equally impressive, with Yashodhan Ghuge, Arnav Ridlon, Abhijeet Deshmukh, Sanchit Kshirsagar, Advait Gawande, Jay Patil, Swaraj Gaikwad, Aarush Gaikwad, Kanishka Kasare, Shashwat Jivde, Gajraj Jat, Sujal Rathore, Ayan Rojewale, Jishan Rojewale, Swapnil Rathore, and Devansh Dutt showcasing exceptional skills and earning gold, silver, and bronze medals in Wushu Kung-Fu competitions.
