But ultimately lost in three games to make an early exit from the Denmark Open Super 750 badminton tournament. Sen, who had high hopes for a strong performance. He could not maintain his early momentum, ultimately losing 21-12, 19-21, 14-21. This is not the first time that the Uttarakhand shuttler has failed under pressure.

In the final game, Sen failed to carry out with the same momentum and eventually got knocked out.

Lakshya Sen suffers from mental illness

Why Lakshya Sen cannot perform despite having the lead? This has been a problem for Lakshya Sen. His fitness, has been a concern he looks rusty from recently returning to competitive play. However, it is not the main problem. The easy answer is mental brittleness. He should be sent back to his psychologist. But it does not square with the upset victories he pulls off regularly.

Such as when he was battling to qualify for the Olympics. He certainly suffers from ending blues; they attack while he is cruising. It is not the typical complacency of not putting in enough in long rallies. His game brain freezes, goes into limbo, and reverts to defensive play, hoping that the rhythm from when he was leading will continue uninterrupted.
