Pune’s Komal Darwatkar and Dharashiv’s Sandhya Suravase have been selected as the captains. For the Maharashtra women’s and girls’ Kho Kho teams respectively. Asmita Khelo India Women’s League Women’s Group Tournament will be held from 28th to 29th September. The Women’s Group tournament will be held from 30th September to 1st October in Vadodara, Gujarat.
For this both the teams were announced by Dr. Chandrajit Jadhav, General Secretary of Maharashtra Khokho Association. Maharashtra Khokho Association President Sanjeevaraje Naik Nimbalkar, Working President Sachin Godbole, and Treasurer Ad Govind Sharma have congratulated both teams. Pre-competition training camp for both teams will be held at Om Saishwar Seva Mandal, Peru Compound, Manoranjan Maidan, Lalbagh, Mumbai.
The practice camp of the selected girl’s teams will start on 27th September. These players are requested to contact Srikant Gaikwad (9969391925) or Nandini Dhumal (9372978230) in the pre-competition practice camp by 7 am. The training camp for selected women players will start on 28th September. These players should contact Dalesh Desai (9821147746) by 9 am at the pre-competition practice camp. Selected players should bring mat shoes, an Aadhaar card, a bank passbook, and 2 photographs with them.
