We showcased some scintillating hockey at times and faced struggles at others, but the team is consistently improving. We also took this opportunity to give younger players valuable match experience and enhance our overall team chemistry.”
He added, “Our aim in the upcoming matches is to start strong, work on our combinations and positioning, and play to the best of our abilities. The London stage of the FIH Hockey Pro League 2023/24 is crucial for our preparations for the Paris 2024 Olympics, and we are eager to face Germany and Great Britain.”

Looking ahead to the forthcoming games, Indian Women’s Hockey Team Captain Salima Tete commented, “We are in a rebuilding phase, taking it one game at a time. We are confident that the upcoming matches will help us better understand our team chemistry and improve as we move forward.”
