Spotlight on Archery at the Olympics
The Indian archery team will be among the first to compete, with events starting on July 25. This day will also feature football and rugby matches, as well as the commencement of handball competitions. In archery, both the women’s and men’s individual ranking rounds will take place.
The Indian women’s archery team comprises Deepika Kumari, Ankita Bhakat, and Bhajan Kaur, all of whom are set to showcase their skills. On the men’s side, Ramesh Praveen Jadhav, Tarundeep Roy, and Dheeraj Bommadevara will compete.
