In the eyes of the public, Lionel Messi denied these claims but it was revealed by none other than Ronaldinho that it was indeed Messi who helped the Samba magician at the time he needed help the most.

According to reports on the Internet, Ronaldinho further explained, “When Messi bailed me out of Prison I was in a rough spot. I was Completely broke.” Talking in depth about how Lionel Messi helped him, Ronaldinho stated, “Messi gave me a signed Barcelona shirt with signatures from other players. He told me that “you can sell it”.”
Not only that, Messi made sure that a sum of money reached Ronaldinho irrespective of whether Dinho sold the Jersey or not.
