BAMU’s sharpshooters, Harshada Nithve, Krishnali Rajput, and Aditi Bhise clinch gold in 10m pistol category at Kurukshetra.
In a stellar performance at the West-South Inter University Shooting Competition hosted by Kurukshetra University, shooters from Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) stood out with exceptional prowess, securing gold medals in the 10m pistol shooting category.
Krishnali Rajput, Harshada Nithve, and Aditi Bhise showcased remarkable precision, earning top honors for BAMU. The trio’s success reflects not only individual skill but also the university’s commitment to nurturing talent in the sport of shooting.
Coach Asma Parveen, along with Team Manager Dr. Uday Vazarkar and University Sports Director Dr. Sandeep Jagtap, extended hearty congratulations to the triumphant shooters for their outstanding achievements on the national stage.
While celebrating the success of individual athletes, some argue that more attention should be given to lesser-known sports, ensuring a well-rounded representation of university achievements.
