He defeated Norris by finishing sixth in the Las Vegas Grand Prix, clinching the world championship.

The Champion’s Dilemma

Max Verstappen was happy that the 2024 season’s last qualifying session was finished after qualifying fifth on track. However, he received a bump in position due to Nico Hulkenberg’s three-place penalty. In an interview with ESPN, the 27-year-old driver expressed, “I hope not. If he or she wants to do it and I see that there is talent I would support it of course, naturally, but I really hope not.”

Max Verstappen has dominated the Formula One track. His impact on Red Bull’s overall success has been as impressive. Verstappen, 27, has won 41 Grand Prix races over the last four seasons and guided Red Bull to three straight Constructors’ Championships. He was in fantastic form last year, winning 19 races. Verstappen ended his 10-race winless streak this season by winning in Brazil three weeks ago after starting 17th.
