Euphoria Has More Toxicity On Set Than Aesthetics

Euphoria has been way more than just a TV show for us- the Genz. The series is nothing but a vibe-on-vibe experience for the audience. I mean what’s there not to like about the show, the aesthetics, the characters, the lessons about life? It’s a relevant experience for those who want to see how’s the world out there for teenagers who feel they’re somewhere lost in their lives. Every character in Euphoria lives on the edge with love, drama, and savageness.

Let’s be real, if there was any contest for being the most aesthetic show-Euphoria would easily win the title. I mean look at the purple hazy lighting with dramatic camera angles. There’s so much to talk about Euphoria when you have the star cast of Zendaya, Sydney Sweeny, and Jacob Elordi. All three names never go out of the news in Hollywood ever since they became internet sensation. To be brutally honest, Zendaya was the only reason I started watching Euphoria in the first place. At times her character did feel toxic, but that’s what we call a performance. Connecting to your audience. The second season of Euphoria dropped in 2022, and since then no movement has happened around its third season until last week. Shaken by the death of one of the actors of Euphoria- Angus Cloud, people thought he was the reason the show was being delayed again and again.

As per one of the producers of Euphoria, Zendaya was the only reason for the show not being on the move for the last two years. However, Zendaya has denied these claims saying she has always kept herself available for the shoot of “Euphoria”. In an interview with Vanity Fair, the actress confessed when asked about Euphoria, “I will say, I have been off for a couple years, so not delayed because of my [schedule]. … I’ve been open, just waiting,” the actress said. “I haven’t read anything yet, but I’m excited to see what everyone has been working on, and what the future looks like for ‘Euphoria,”. “I don’t really have much of an answer except for right now it’s set to start shooting in January. My most important thing is to do justice by the people who love and care about Rue, and make sure that she’s looked after as a character. I think that’s my number one duty,”

There have been reports on the toxic environment of the show, which answers why Zendaya and Sydney Sweeney are not thrilled to rejoin the show in January.
