India Does Not Have A Backup If Sindhu And Lakshya Falter

PV Sindhu, a double Olympic medalist, and Lakshya Sen, a World Championship bronze medalist. They will head a 14-member Indian team to the Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championship. It will be held in Qingdao, China, from February 11 to 16. India won bronze in the competition’s most recent edition, which took place in Dubai in 2023. Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty will be among the top doubles players on the strong Indian team. 

The women’s doubles partnership might be Gayatri Gopichand and Treesa Jolly, or Ashwini Ponnappa and Tanisha Crasto. Tanisha will also play mixed doubles with Dhruv Kapila. While Sathish Kumar K and Adya Variyath will form the second combination. Ahead of the Indonesia Masters 2025, former India world number one Kidambi Srikanth discussed his preparations for the tournament. Stating that he must perform well and give his all in the game.
