Booking tickets for any upcoming Concerts in India has become a hustle for the fans, be it the Dil-Limunati Tour or the Coldplay tour. These days securing tickets relies on your luck and not the efforts you’ve put into booking it timely. As Ap Dhillon announces his Indian tour fans are bracing themselves if they might get to see the show in a mad rush to book tickets to his show.
It’s safe to say people might take a step back or temper their hopes this time considering most of the fans were left upset when Coldplay went live. The Dil-Luminati tour tickets sold out in just 30 tickets and the people who were in the thousand queue didn’t get tickets while few waiting at lakhs succeeded in securing them. How is this fair? Why are you not questioning the entire procedure of ticket booking fuzz?
I might let the situation in the Dil-Luminati tickets booking process slide but what unfolded at the time of Coldplay was highly uncalled for. There was no legitimate way of providing the tickets by BookMyShow, especially in time of the 3rd show bookings.
To refresh your memory, all our social media feeds were fluttering with clips from the Coldplay concert. This made people who were not even a hardcore fan of the band rush into buying the tickets, leaving the true fans heartbroken with no tickets. I’ve seen people who never even heard a single song of the band buy the tickets for the thrills they got after seeing thousands of reels pop up in their feed. However, the one and most highlighted question was who actually got the tickets if not the fans? The internet is still breaming with memes about the upset fans who missed out on the tickets. What deeply frustrates me is, that some people have bought numbers of tickets with the intention of not attending it but to resell it at sky-high prices to make a hefty profit. This is truly inhumane and disheartening of those people not to consider this might be the only chance for many to attend this concert once in their lifetime.
Hoping the inappropriate event that took place during these two concerts limits itself to these two situation only, making it more possible for AP Dhillon’s fans to see their champion live
