Adit Yengereddy won the CISCE Zonal Badminton Tournament held in Pune. He has been selected for the national competition. Adit defeated Pune’s Lalit Chandra 21-12, 21-14 in the semifinals. Aditya won the title by defeating Samit Thokal 21-13, 21-17 in the final round.
Adit has been training at Himanshu Godbole Badminton Academy for the past 6 to 7 years. He has been guided by Himanshu Godbole and Javed Pathan. Also, Adit Yengereddy has been selected for the National Badminton Tournament to be held in Pune from the 23rd to 25th July.
Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar District Badminton Association President Shirish Boralkar, Secretary Siddharth Patil, Sadanand Mahajan, Arnav Gurmeet Singh, Girish Rathod, Sachin Kulkarni, Ajay Khandelwal, Ramdev Vyas have congratulated and wished for the national tournament.
