The current ongoing controversy between Ashneer Grover and Salman Khan has captured the eyes of both the entertainment and business world. What might have started as the celebrity critique episode has taken turns and turned into a chaotic controversy. The former co-founder of Bharat Pe is immensely being trolled on social media after his appearance on one of the BigBoss episodes. The entrepreneur was heavily flabbergasted by Salman Khan for his controversial statement throughout the years over regarding Salman Khan’s involvement in being the face of Bharat Pe.
For those who have no clue about the controversy, here’s an insight. It all started when Ashneer Grover made a statement about negotiating the fee with Salman Khan’s fee. Salman was hired as the face of Bharat Ow in 2019 while Ashneer was still at the helm. Ashneer Grover claimed earlier to have negotiated Salman Khan’s fee from 7.5 crores to 4.5 crores. The Sharktank judge also alleged that Salman Khan’s team didn’t allow him to take a picture with the star as he wasn’t famous at that time. Responding to this statement, Salman Khan burst out at the entrepreneur claiming he or his team has never met with Ashneer Grover and he only came to know about his existence when the maker of BigBoss invited him to the show.
After being trolled all over social media, Ashneer Grover took his X account to respond on the issue. He wrote in the post, “I hope you enjoyed the Bigg Boss weekend ka vaar ! I had good fun. And I am sure the particular episode got great TRP / viewership. BTW all of the statements are TRUE. Salman is a great host & actor – Salman knows what works on Bigg Boss – I’ve always praised Salman for his sense of self and business – not a single thing demeaning said for him ever – My deal numbers are always correct (bank / auditor verified)”. Praising the Sultan actor, Ashneer wrote, “Salman is a great host & actor. Salman knows what works on Bigg Boss. I’ve always praised Salman for his sense of self and business – not a single thing demeaning said for him ever.” This might have ended here but the netizens seem not to have bought Ashneer’s story.
