The Barca midfielder shares how much the coach considers each player’s particular situation. Hansi’s concern for all of his players, including those who do not play much. It is demonstrated by the fact that Flick felt compelled to personally apologise to Torre for not being able to utilise him in the match against Red Star despite having to substitute him due to injury. It’s a strategy that unites the team.

Pablo Torre said, “I think from the outside he looks like a very serious guy, very imposing, but he’s the complete opposite: very affectionate with those who play, with those who play less… We have a very healthy relationship in the dressing room, with a lot of respect. That’s being reflected on the pitch. We feel great. My relationship with him is very good. He wants to keep us all focused.”
