The iconic Xavi and Iniesta duo dominated the world football from 2008-2012 in the international stages where the side won two Euros and one World Cup. They were incomplete without each other. He featured in 674 matches for the Blaugranes.
At the age of 40, he will have decided to hang up his boots on a special date of 8th October. Day 8 is an iconic moment as over the years he has dawned the same number on his back since starting his professional senior career for the clubs he played. Iniesta now will be working his way into coaching. He has never shied away from the fact that he would like to see his career path lead back to Catalonia.
