FC Barcelona have yet again made a comeback win against Rayo Vallecano on Tuesday. The Blaugranes now have a 100% record in the La Liga 2024/25 season. They have won all 3 matches, two among them were comeback wins after trailing in the first half of the match. The first match was against Valencia at the Mestalla Stadium after conceding in the 44th minute of the game.
Robert Lewandowski’s brace helped Barca to seal the match. In the second match against a well-set Athletic Bilbao the young Barcelona with most of their veteran footballers out injured and some are not been registered yet due to Financial Fair Play (FFP). Hansi Flick since joining has worked well despite losing the Joan Gamper Trophy to AS Monaco 0-3. The German manager has worked on the weaknesses and strengths of the footballers and the team.
The players have responded well to his tactics. The fluidity and pressing football that the team has been delivering since the start of the season has been impressive. His tactical masterclass was seen in the second game against Bilbao where he completely closed down the UEFA Euro 2024 star Nico Williams down the wings. Jules Kounde worked with the tactics applied by Flick to stop the pacy winger.
FC Barcelona 2.0 will be dangerous once all players are available
Barca yet again made a comeback on Tuesday, after conceding just 10 minutes into the game. Pedri and debutant Dani Olmo made sure to maintain the win record of the Blaugranes. Are they the real comeback kings or it is just a lucky phase for the team? Hansi Flick’s Barca will look very different when all the footballers are available for him. He knows how to play pressing football and has a lot of goal-scorers in the team as well.
Once the injured footballers are back and the unregistered ones get registered this team will look very different and Flick can transform them into the monstrous team just like he did with Bayern Munich when they won the sextuple under his managerialship. He has been working hard with the young guns as well and they are delivering for the club.
