Pro Govinda League season 2 set to have new heights

The Pro Govinda League, will be a test of the skill of Govindas. It has been organized on Sunday (August 18). Sixteen teams have been invited to this league and cash prizes will be awarded. State Industry Minister Uday Samant gave this information. Last year, for the first time, Govinda League competitions were organized on the grounds of Pro Kabaddi competition.

Keeping in mind the spontaneous response to that competition, this league has been organized this year as well. MLA Pratap Sarnaik, Founder and President of Pro Govinda League, Purvesh Sarnaik, President of Pro Govinda League, Mazhar Nadiadwala, Director of Pro Govinda League, Mohammad Morani, Director of Pro Govinda League were present at the press conference.

Most of these teams are from Mumbai and Thane. The tournament will be held at Dome SVP Stadium. The winning team will get a prize of Rs.25 lakh and the runner-up team will get a prize of Rs.15 lakh. The third and fourth places will get a prize of Rs.10 lakh and Rs.5 lakh respectively. Besides the remaining twelve teams will get a prize of Rs.1 lakh each. These prizes will be given by the league organizers.

Government ensures insurance for participants in the Pro Govinda League

A meeting of franchise owners in the league was held recently. It discussed the security measures taken by the league to prevent any injury to Govinda. Everything from food to medical facilities for everyone in the Govinda team will be done by the franchises, space will also be made available for team practice.

Chief Minister of the state Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis are all sports lovers, this league has received the support of the state government and also the government has provided insurance for all the Govindas participating in the league.

Considering the demand of Govinda, one lakh registered Govindas participating this year will be insured by the government. So far 14 thousand Govindas have registered themselves and it is expected that this registration will be up to one lakh. These matches will be telecasted on Star Sports channel. Industries Minister Uday Samant has appealed to Govinda lovers to come to the competition venue and encourage Govinda.
