On behalf of the Solapur Amateur Kho Kho Association, the Kumar and Kishori Khokho team won the title in last year’s state championship Khokho team. The team manager, coach selection committee members, and players who participated in last year’s national championship were felicitated.
The felicitation ceremony was held in the hall of Hotel City Park. Rajeev Desai, Secretary of the District Lawn Tennis Association, felicitated the players. Along with Chandrakant Rembersu, Joint Secretary of the District Cricket Association. Mahesh Gadekar was also honored on this occasion for being elected President of the District Sports Federation.
Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Award winner Shrikant Dhepe, District Kho kho Association Advisor Manoj Sangawar, General Secretary AB Sangwe, Ramchandra Dattu, Mohan Rajput, Sharad Vande etc. were present on this occasion.
