Bhajan Kaur advances to next round of Paris Olympics

Indian archers have failed in the competition so far. Both Men and Women have failed to deliver under pressure. But Bhajan Kaur advanced victoriously while Ankita Bhakat lost in the archery competition. The 18-year-old Kaur shot well in the team event, despite losing. She overcame Indonesia’s Syifa Nurafifah Kamal and Poland’s Wioleta Myszor in her first two rounds.

Bhajan Kaur, ranked 45th in the world, advanced to the next round with scores of 28, 29, and 28 in three sets.
