Olympic shooter Anjali Bhagwat expressed confidence that Indian athletes will perform well in this year’s Olympic Games considering that Indian athletes have prepared very well in the last two or three years and have achieved consistent success in various international competitions. It is organized by the Deccan Gymkhana Club on the occasion of the Olympic sports competition started in Paris. On this occasion, many international players, and coaches along with Honorary General Secretary of Deccan Gymkhana Club Mihir Kelkar and Finance Secretary Girish Inamdar were present. On this occasion, the exhibition organized for the Olympics was also inaugurated.
Anjali Bhagwat further said that many of our young athletes are representing our country in this year’s Olympics. They can perform brilliantly. Fortunately, in the last two years, several Indian players have performed consistently well in various world-level tournaments. They will benefit from it in the Olympics. The central government as well as the governments of different states. They have given good facilities, financial support, and good jobs to the players. So these players have practiced with a very relaxed mind. Its reflection will be seen in this year’s Olympics.
Nikhil Kanitkar appreciates the sports exhibition
Appreciating the sports exhibition, Nikhil Kanitkar said that “along with the athletes, their parents will also get inspiration from such activities. Indian athletes have prepared very well for this year’s Olympics, so I hope Indian athletes will win better medals this year compared to last Olympics. Must be mentally strong and tough on the actual competition day and during the match. Our players have also prepared for it under the guidance of mental fitness experts.
