The pre-qualifiers have been organized on July 27 and 28 at the late Baburao Sarnaik Gymnastics Centre, Thane. 32 teams from across the state will participate in this round. They will show their team and physical skills in this round. From this round, the best 16 teams will be selected for the main tournament. The main event will be held on August 18 at the Dome SVP Stadium in Worli. In this competition, you will see a wonderful game of human spirit.

For this purpose, the Maharashtra Government has once again extended its support for Pro-Govinda Season 2. Pro-Govinda 2024 league will offer huge cash prizes to encourage the players.
Dahi handi festival is one of the biggest in Maharashtra
The Dahihandi festival is an important part of Maharashtra’s rich tradition. It is a festival that promotes unity and cultural spirit. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde expressed the belief that the tradition of the Dahi Handi festival will increase through the pro-Govinda competition.
Mohammed Morani, Managing Director of Dome Cineug Company said, ‘The Pro-Govinda 2024 League is a competition that takes forward the rich cultural heritage of Maharashtra. We are very happy to organize this tournament.’
