Abhay Deshmukh, Manager of Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation’s Siddhartha Swimming Pool and World Triathlon Level One Technical Officer, has been selected for the World Triathlon Cup held in Hong Kong.
Member of the Development Committee of the Indian Triathlon Federation and Treasurer of Maharashtra Triathlon Association, Abhay Deshmukh has played the role of technical officer and referee in many national and international triathlon competitions. Abhay Deshmukh has previously been selected twice for the international level Asia Triathlon Championship and three times for the national competition.
A total of 25 countries will participate in the tournament to be held in Hong Kong. India, Pakistan, Nepal, United Arab, Australia, Morocco, Japan, Kazakhstan, Slovakia, Uruguay and New Zealand are participating in it.
