Mothers Play A Huge Role In Shaping Athletes

Rashtramata Jijau has contributed a lot to making Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Likewise, Deputy Commissioner Deepali Kale asserted while honouring the mothers of the players that the contribution of their mothers is very big in making the players and that is why the players perform well on the field.

On behalf of Solapur City and District Fencing Association and All-Star Fencing Club, mothers of international, national and state athletes were felicitated at Siddheshwar English Medium School by Deepali Kale, Deputy Commissioner of Crime Investigation Department on the occasion of Rashtramata Jijau’s birthday. Principal of BF Damani School Rekha Pembarti, former Principal Jyotsna Malekar and Principal of Sri Siddheshwar English Medium School Yogesh Raut were present on this occasion. In these programs, 40 mothers who excelled in international, national and state-level competitions were felicitated with mementoes.

Pembarti said the players are practising the game morning and evening and their mother plays an important role in bringing and dropping the players to the field. Therefore, he said that the purpose of this program is to glorify them too.

In the introduction, the president of the district association, Prakash Katule, presented his thoughts about the development of the sport of swordsmanship and the modernity that has come into it. The program was moderated by Shwetambari Malap Homkar and Deepak Shinde, secretary of the district association, showed appreciation.
